President Donald Trump joined the nation to mourn the passing of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan on Thursday, who Trump said was “MAGA all the way!”
The pro wrestling legend passed of a cardiac arrest on Thursday at 71, after serving as a wrestling focal point for more than 40 years.
Hogan was a great supporter of President Trump and even spoke at the 2024 Republican National Convention as Trump successfully sought his second term in the White House.
The president paid tribute to the “Hulkster” in a comment after the star’s passing on Thursday.
“We lost a great friend today, the ‘Hulkster.’ Hulk Hogan was MAGA all the way — Strong, tough, smart, but with the biggest heart,” the president wrote in a post on Truth Social.
“He gave an absolutely electric speech at the Republican National Convention, that was one of the highlights of the entire week. He entertained fans from all over the World, and the cultural impact he had was massive. To his wife, Sky, and family, we give our warmest best wishes and love. Hulk Hogan will be greatly missed!”
Hogan was a huge hit at the Republican National Convention and delivered a a dramatic speech to the convention.

“You know when I look out and I see all the real Americans, I think about how Donald Trump, how his family was compromised. When I look out there and I see Donald Trump I think about how his business was compromised,” Hogan told the convention crowd.
“But what happened last week when they took a shot at my hero and they tried to kill the next president of the United States, enough was enough,” Hogan said while tearing off the t-shirt he was wearing, only to reveal another t-shirt underneath reading, “Trump, Vance – Make American Great Again! 2024.”
