Fight For Tina Peters – Untamed

Denver, CO – July 28, 2025 – On Tuesday, July 22, 2025, Tina Peters, former Mesa County Clerk and election integrity advocate, had her habeas corpus petition heard in the U.S. District Court for Colorado. A compelling First Amendment argument by attorney Peter Ticktin and the American Rights Alliance led the court to reopen her case, offering a critical opportunity to continue the fight for her freedom. Unjustly sentenced to nine years for protecting election records, Tina needs our urgent support now more than ever.

Tina is no criminal. As Mesa County’s chief election official in 2020, she took brave steps to preserve election records, actions that were mandated by federal law. Her prosecution was politically driven, and violates the Supremacy Clause and her constitutional rights.
