Marlow said, “I’m sure they have some limited resources, and I don’t mean to call them out, I’m sure they’re grieving more than anyone else, but even Charlie’s own security team needed to be better. … Everyone should have been better in this case…and the fact that the roofs weren’t surveilled is a catastrophe.”
